All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high-demand launches or holidays, please allow a bit of extra time—we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Time & Rates

We currently ship within the U.S. (international shipping coming soon).

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shades every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Main Character Eyewear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the carrier or file a claim directly with them.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
